Pros: There are no metrics to meet like you would face at a call center. This is a huge relief and makes the job very stress free. Collaboration and teamwork is amazing, There are snacks always available for us in the kitchen. Unlimited PTO. You have the time you need while working to stop and think and breathe as long as you need with no one coming and questioning why your statistics are down.
Cons: The commute is a 1:30 - 1:45 drive from home. The position is very specific in that who and what we support is specified industry and there is one product for them all. This means that the issues are the same and tasks are the same so you will not reallt face an issue that really takes advanced troubleshooting.
