Cons: The constant bullying by my boss and the lack of information given to me to do my job to the best of my ability. I do not have access to the information necessary to do my job accurately.

Decent credit union with understaffed IT department. Low compensation compared to others in the same industry. Needs to renew focus on IT, improve through newer technology and not worry about numbers.

Pros: I generally never have a boring day at the office. I have a diverse set of responsibilities that make it interesting.
Cons: My pay hasn't really gone up with my responsibilities. There's no discernible growth trajectory for the company as a whole and for me personally. We are falling behind in our use of technology.
