Low pay, incompetent management and highly disorganized. At one point. Working at uhaul was beneficial only in the way that you could obtain on the job knowledge to get a better job elsewhere, but not anymore. Increased micromanagement an restructuring has also limited that single benefit. Stay away unless you're moving up from say, retail.
