It's a job.
Systems Administrator in Lorton:
Pros: The job seems to be a bit more on the lax side.
Cons: The position listed and expected responsibilities seem to be a bit off, but in a "You are this, but your responsibilities are more of this lower level position" sort of way. Also, the commute is a nightmare in the afternoon since I live out of state.

Manager is great.
Systems Administrator in Austin:
Pros: I like that my manager doesn't micromanage me and he lets me take care of the workload because he trusts me and my abilities to excel at the job. We have a great relationship and communication so whenever I feel that something needs to be said I can say knowing that he will support it.
Cons: Right now the only thing that I'm not pleased about is my pay rate. Everything else is great for me in the company
