Support Technician, Information Technology (IT):
Pros: I enjoy solving issues for people, and be the go to guy for technical issues. I enjoy the challenge of solving puzzling issues that occur unexpectedly. I like learning how to configure and manipulate systems, and then developing new solutions to improve workflows.
Cons: My job is currently for a non profit organization that prefers to offers us flexible hours, and great benefits rather then a higher pay wage. I would kill for a better salary, and work harder and longer hours for this employer, but they don't work that way. This lower pay rate has my personal life on edge as we move forward planning the future with our new baby.
