Cons: I dislike the low pay, the low morale, the immoral political nature of the system, and the insane and unfair work load.

This job can be very limiting, always pursue opportunities that allow growth opportunity. Can the job develop into a teaching opportunity, can the job develop into a design opportunity, can you use other areas of expertise to broaden the scope of this job, and will your employer change your title as the job grows.
