Cons: Not enough holidays. Could work beyond 5pm and not get paid overtime.

Pros: Learn a lot about computers and networking. Working outside of the office for the most part.
Cons: Efforts not recognized by management and I feel underpaid based on experience.

Pros: I like the fact that I am able to work with a great team. We have work flexibility and our able to work from home if needed.
Cons: The bad at my job is the management. There are times where we the IT team gets thrown under the bus when we didn't have our hands in a project. We get thrown curve balls all the time and with sometimes no thank yous.

Pros: Great boss, non micromanaged, work hours, friendly staff, medical insurance, paid time off, holiday pay, tools needed for jobs, and paid lunches.
Cons: SQL, Crystal reports, pay, no training, lack of communication between departments, and no advancement.
