Pros: My colleagues and ofcorse the job I Do.
Cons: Not sure if I am paid right, some annoying people.

Broad Scope, Flexible Hours.
Support Analyst, Information Technology (IT):
Pros: As a contractor I am the only one responsible for setting my hours. I can do anything from take a half day for an appointment to travel internationally for 3 weeks and my supervisor does not mind.
Cons: There are some slow periods where most of my work is just simply waiting. At the worst of times I am simply waiting for tickets or calls to come in.
