Support Analyst, Information Technology (IT) Reviews
What is it like working as a Support Analyst, Information Technology (IT)?
June 2015
Take interacting with your team to heart.
Support Analyst, Information Technology (IT):
Pay attention to details, and key in on what you co-workers do to succeed at their tasks and learn and emulate those things. Accept that the work will always be changing, even if it seems like it's been the same "forever" - it hasn't. Figure out how to work well with your team mates and do so. Be open to learning new things. Show up and don't be afraid to do "the dirty work" others don't like - doing so will get your team mates to count on you. Always be sure to complete what you're working on - don't give half finished work to your team mates.
