Sr. Software Engineer / Developer / Programmer in Cape Town:
Pros: Ever since moving here and buying my own place I have loved every second here - also I met my wife here, so how can I not love it? :)
Cons: In all honesty, since I switched to a car as I got older my only gripe would be the traffic. Thankfully in my line of work I can generally work from home during the worst of it, then head in at a fraction of the time. Far more efficient, even if it appears lazy to those who think I just woke up and rolled into my car. :)
