Great People and community, below average pay, horrible PTO.

Pros: My relationship with my direct manager is incredible. Office amenities are great. Flexible with work hours and very accommodating to "things" outside of work like appointments.
Cons: Promotion and job levels do not follow a modern path, resulting in under payment for the job being done. 10 days of PTO per year for the first 4 years is just insulting.

Pros: Flexibility on hours and accommodations of all sorts.
Cons: Pay and the culture around pay scale is extremely hidden. All tiny increases and changes are made to make you think they are the most grand gesture when in reality it is always less than the bare minimum.
