Working for albright care services is a great experience. They gained so much trust and seen so much potential in me with in 2 weeks I went from a cook to sous chef in less than a month.

Pros: They have a happy atmosphere, they work with you on hours.
Cons: Other departments put extra work on our department.

Pros: I love that everything is fresh. I hand prepare every piece from raw ingredient. And by the end the space and organization options allows for quick yet well presented platings, which are uniformly displayed upon service.
Cons: No complaints. I just want to start an independent catering venture and work for myself and hand.pick my own team

Pros: It's always busy... always something to do in the business and people to talk to.
Cons: Sometimes there can be some unnecessary trouble from guests which can be unsettling.
