Cons: Responsibility for others and the work loads. Stress.

It's Challenging And The Tasks Are Vibrant And Diverse.

Pros: It's active and really diverse.
I like interacting with all types of businesses and people. Especially all the different types of personalities.
Cons: It's run very reactive rather than it be proactive. There's not much business planning. Handling all the complaints from clients.
