Sales Coordinator Reviews
What is it like working as a Sales Coordinator?
January 2022
Sales Coordinator Experience.
Sales Coordinator in Johannesburg:
Pros: My colleagues and how well we work together
Cons: No proper payment for females
December 2021
Low Pay for High Expectations.
Sales Coordinator in Franklin:
Pros: Hotel discounts, interactions with coworkers and people of other departments. Good rapport with 80% of clients.
Cons: Pay is terrible. I'm at barely 30k/year gross and I have the responsibility of an office manager, auditor, receptionist, and personal assistant. Chain retailers whose associates have much less responsibility than me make anywhere from $2-$5 more than me per hour. There's no opportunities for me to develop my particular skills at my location and I've asked frequently.
I do my job with 90-95% accuracy and have even caught several of their mistakes. I take initiative and leadership roles. I have tons of ideas to make my location bring in more revenue but no one seems interested. There's nothing for me to do half the time but if I ask for more work or am researching customer service strategies when there is none of "my actual work" to be done, I get told I'm not doing my job right.
November 2021
Muscat is a beautiful city however the food is the major drawback for vegetarians like me.

Pros: I’m 1 hour north on the Sunshine Coast. I love the more relaxed vibe and being near the beach
Cons: Nothing
September 2021
SYNLawn - Golf, Commercial and Residential Sales Coordinator.
Sales Coordinator in Dallas:
Pros: Casual work environment where i am trusted to control my customer pipeline and schedule my days. Also, helping customers design and build beautiful artificial turf areas mainly in the golf department.
Cons: Having over 50 active clients and install i have to manage while still traveling to 3-4 sales meetings a day with new clients. Also, a lot of behind the scenes work with data input, paper work and accounting. All of this entails getting to the office before 7 and not leaving until after 7 Monday - Saturday.
August 2021
Mosaic work life.
Sales Coordinator in Vancouver:
Pros: People i work with, getting to work with the public. Not micromanaged. Successful company
Cons: The hours, no weekends off, no flexibility in hours, can be very slow on days
June 2021
Don't do it, unless you're making bank.
Sales Coordinator in Vancouver:
Pros: It's the biggest western Canadian city.
Cons: It's expensive, everyone acts like entitled spoiled brats, everyone is racist, and this is a completely neoliberal city.
