Sales Coordinator Reviews

What is it like working as a Sales Coordinator?

April 2023
Rewarding yet stressful.
Sales Coordinator in Columbia:
Pros: Helping people purchase their dream home.
Cons: The work load can be very heavy and hectic most of the time. Success is evaluated on a metric system, which creates more pressure and makes the job less enjoyable. It also makes you feel rushed like you can’t spend more than five minutes on one customer. We are flooded with many bogus survey internet leads on a daily basis, which can be a total waste of time when we could be following up with people who are actively searching and interested in purchasing a new home.

Great learning innovative, team work,
Sales Coordinator in Leduc:
Pros: What ever I got it's only my own hard work ,last for learning
Cons: Favourit isms, humiliation
May 2022
An East Coast Professional in a West Coast World.
Sales Coordinator in Las Vegas:
Pros: I get to meet new people from all over the country and sometimes from different countries. The west coast is an excellent place to network and get your career going in the cannabis industry.
Cons: The culture and attitude of doing business in Las Vegas seems forced and disingenuous. People are not straightforward, the attitudes are negative and there seems to be very little teamwork in whatever place I work at.
May 2022
No opportunity to progress.
Sales Coordinator in Toronto:
Pros: The people I work with and learning enablement
Cons: Lack of growth /opportunities
May 2022
Fun, casual atmosphere.
Sales Coordinator in Petrolia:
Pros: Family Run
Cons: Scrambling when someone is off, doing others work, never feeling like you can take time off.
March 2022
Valley Peace.
Sales Coordinator in Lodi:
Pros: Different environment that offer growth and yet not so fast paced.
Cons: Sinus and Allergy issues
March 2022
Nothing but the truth.
Sales Coordinator in Coon Rapids:
Pros: Employees who have been there longer than a year are great to work with.
Cons: They hire for bodies. They don't care anymore about actually getting the job done. Terrible pay and doesn't treat us right. They have told me that I'm replaceable and that I don't do enough yet I work almost 60 hours every week and have gone 18 days straight without a day off. They need me yet they treat me as if they don't. When I take a day off the store goes into chaos. Yet they won't give me anymore of a raise because the cap is at 17 $. I make 16.51 as a soft home coordinator after 5.5 years with them They keep asking me to take a key holder position(basically management) but only can offer me 49 cents for it. The whole company country wide got raises all except me. Why?? They promised me a raise and then never gave me one yet everyone else did.
