Keeping Large Groups Happy
Sales Coordinator:
Pros: Getting to interact with the guests. Finding out where they are coming from, why they are here. How there trip went along the way.
Cons: Having to deal with "some" of the guests that are in a bad mood before they even get to the hotel. Which carry's on into their stay.
Usually try and defuse there frustrations from their recent troubles but can not always be done.
