What is it like working as a Sales Associate?

Not great.
Sales Associate:
Pros: Not much but I can work with my hours to fit my son's schedule.
Cons: Pay is crapt they assign you to one thing but have you maintain almost the whole store they expect more than what they pay you for and they do not utilize the extra hours you can be there just because they don't want to pay for them.

Pros: Close to home and always Learning new things.
Cons: Management very indecisive. How things are to be done.

Pros: Customer Service, Organization.
Cons: Bad Management, Favortism, No Accountability.

Cons: Total lack of training , policies and procedures.

Pros: Many different things to do and learn. Easy to lose track of time. I want to do more work when my shift is over.Fun.
Cons: Lifting bulky items and a little sore feet .
