Sales Associate Reviews
What is it like working as a Sales Associate?
February 2016
Interesting, different from other jobs I've had.
Sales Associate:
Pros: Working with new upcoming restaurants, contractors, design companies.
Cons: Management is too messy, they do not know how to expand.

Work Flexibility.
Sales Associate:
Pros: That everyone is friendly and helps you out if you need any; Has a great happy atmosphere; management is nice.
Cons: I don't get enough hours so it makes me not want to work hard as I'd like and need to; makes me not want to be dependable; I need to move around (I can't stay in one department or do the same things all the time)... I'd like it If you would also have a better chance to move up in the company (age doesn't matter!) Give us younger people a chance! :)

Mission Work.
Sales Associate:
Pros: Working in the enviornment makes me feel good. When a customer comes into my strore it is my job to educate and equip invidivials based on their needs. There are manny times a customer is looking to make a purchase which is not based on their needs at the time. I feel as if it is my duty to get them what they need which sometimes means going a cheaper route. The stress level is about what I expect and is not so much so that I come home with problems from the job.
Cons: The amount of hours for part-time workers. Those limited hours are cut during the slow season which puts a financial strain on my house.

Sell sell sell.
Sales Associate:
Pros: My accounts.
Cons: Too much stress and the hours.
January 2016
Sales Associate:
Pros: What I like the most about working at Charlotte Russe is the 40% employee discount.
Cons: What I don't like is that I work with some unreliable people and my hours have been cut tremendously.
January 2016
Sales Associate:
Pros: Atmosphere.
Cons: Sometimes customers are very irritable and rude.
January 2016
Customers.
Sales Associate:
Pros: Nice customers. I can be helpful to them if they are having a special problem. I have a good reputation for being honest and helpful.
Cons: Setting the endless sales, changing signs sometimes four times a week.
