Overwhelm.
Sales Associate:
Pros: Associates and customers.
Cons: To much work.

Pros: Different jobs and duties takes away from repitition. Management is good and considerate. Food discounts are great.
Cons: Expected to learn many food builds, job duties and sometimes perform multiple job roles at once for minimum wage.

Most People Hate Retail, I Don't.
Sales Associate:
Pros: I love interacting with the different customers. I love being able to help the customer's with everything. I love how you can broadcast your individual creativity.
Cons: They will not move me up to a higher position. I feel as if I don't get paid enough. They don't give me enough hours.

Great corporate culture, great management team.
Sales Associate:
Pros: Meeting new people every single day. The work environment is amazing . Great positive attitude from the management as well as my colleagues. Good competitive spirit amongst co-workers.
Cons: Sometimes the work can be really challenging as well as stressful. Meeting work deadlines is very crucial at the same time even tougher. Customers may be rude sometimes .

Stupid.
Sales Associate:
Pros: Friendly customers, when they occasionally happen.
Cons: Treated like garbage by 90% of the customer base. Coworkers also standoffish. Boss micromanages. Hours slashed because I have a disability (and this is an at-will state and too small a business for me to be protected by the EEOC).
