Cons: Poor pay. Little room for progression. Little say in decision making. Lack of communication.

Pros: I enjoy the fast pace environment. Everyday I know there will be a different challenge that I have to overcome and I love that about my job.
Cons: When you work one on one with a different group of customers everyday you come in contact with some that are not so nice. Ones that whatever you do to try to rectify the situation it does not matter they are unhappy!!

Retail Assistant Manager:
Pros: Developing employees is a pleasure. The money is industry leading.
Cons: Stress levels are high. Targets are often unreasonable. The company is often kate responding to rivals.

Pros: I am able to work in the fashion industry. I like finding good deals.
Cons: Upper management is unorganized, and incompetent. The pay is less than many other retail jobs, and requires more skills/training in the purchasing of merchandise.

Pros: Meeting different people from diverse backgrounds, selling products to customers, working with and selling fabric and helping customers design how their house will look.
Cons: People management, stress, change, overtime, lack of support.
