Pros: Getting to live in Austin. And if If my vehicle were ever out of commission, there are plenty of transportation options.
Cons: I can't actually enjoy or participate in the countless events, activities, and outdoor spaces this city offers. All of my money goes to rent and all my time goes to my job.

I think the management position changes with each location. The location where I work has very little interaction with the Aramark corporation. My position is lacking in growth opportunities and information is slow to reach us.
