Registered Dietitian in Oxnard:
Pros: I love the flexibility of the job. I am able to complete my work in a time frame that is appropriate for the patients and my other responsibilities.
Cons: I do not like that Sick and Vacation time is lumped together, I do not feel that this gives employees the knowledge to manage their time off. I also don't like that we have an extended sick leave bank that can not be touched, but is constantly accumulating time and will cap at a set amount of hours. I also feel that the pay is below average for the area and within my field.
