Pros: I am able to still work closely with students and supervise Teaching Artists. I love mentoring and seeing how arts integration can have such a powerful impact on title one public schools. I have flexibility with my schedule.
Cons: I don't have a regular office, I don't get compensated for all of my commuting to schools. The communication between all of the teachers and Teaching Artists can be stressful as I am a liaison between them and my supervisors.
