Southern Living Pros and Cons.
Program Coordinator, Non-Profit Organization in New Orleans:
Pros: The pace does tend to be slower. Most people leave at exactly 5, or earlier. Lots of places to decompress after work. Traffic is easy to navigate, as long as you live in the area (or at least the same city) as your office. Most commute within New Orleans are going to be about 15-20mins. It also has that big city, small town vibes, which I love.
March 2023
Rewarding, Challenging and Enjoyable.
Program Coordinator, Non-Profit Organization in York:
Pros: I absolutely love founding principles of Bell. Integrity, People Focused, Non judgmental, and the longevity of our staff
Cons: I wholeheartedly enjoy working in human services however it’s career that doesn’t pay well, and as a nonprofit I make sufficiently less than other nonprofit agencies in the area. However I enjoy the clients we serve and love my staff and colleagues.
