Pros: I like the Billings community and the populations I serve with my community programs. The parks around town are beautiful. The center is a slice of heaven in a busy place.
Cons: Rent is too high, there's a lot of noise from air traffic, hospitals, and cars cranking their music and bass. I hate the smells that come from all the refineries and processing plants around town- they're rancid.
