Pros: Multicultural vibrant city, Good climate, Software hub of India.
Cons: Traffic, Food, Cost of living, Nothing else.

Pros: Most of it not routine, I love analyzing data, troubleshooting.
Cons: Everyone in my team wants to be me.

Cons: Shift timing, Politics, etc.

Love what I do just wish I could get promotion.
Product Support Specialist:
Pros: I enjoy the work I do and the people I work with are great.
Cons: I have taken on more responsibility but I can't seem to get promoted. I apply for open positions in my department but others get hired. I have discussed this with my manager and she has given me projects that give me visibility, but thats it.

Product Support Specialist:
This position is mainly reviewing work done by other employees. I worked extremely hard to obtain the designations I have, and then our company "restructured". The employees were not forewarned about the extremity of the restructure, nor about how our daily jobs would change. Now I very rarely get to utilize my acquired skills. I feel like I am wasting my potential on an endless job going nowhere.

Challenging.
Product Support Specialist:
Pros: The ability to put together new training material for those that do not understand and for new employees. If I need to be off or take an extended lunch I am allowed to. Company is very understanding as far as needing days off.
Cons: The training has been very minimal and because of it I am not where I want to be after a year of being employed here. I do not feel successful or like I accomplished anything when I leave. Communication with in the team is non-existing and management is very contradicting and indecisive.
