Overall, a nice place to work. It's a scratch kitchen so it helps if you already know how to cook and follow directions. Compensation is average and you have to push for increases. Medical benefits are affordable, but there is no paid time off.

I, love being a prep cook. I, don't like that I have to stop my job to help do other task for other employees, causing my job to fall behind.

Pros: I, like working as a team player.
Cons: To, be a Prep Cook and Runner you don't have enough time to execute your Prep job. Then, your co-workers start to make you fill as if you wouldn't get behind if you could move faster. I, would be able to move faster and keep my job up if, I didn't have to do other tasks that they stop me and ask me to do.
