Pros: Work at my own pace and no one tells me what to do or how to do it
Cons: No pay increases and manager doesn't pay attention to the most important problems no meetings to help with problems that are around the restaurant

It's job ,but I feel they abuse their authority and Jim's is not a place to start a career no room for growth.
