Stressful but worth it.
Prep Cook in Albuquerque:
Pros: The sense of family and comfort the surroundings provide.
Cons: Lack of communication sometimes did more harm than it should have.

Cons: Lazy workers short staff and lazy mgr that don't care

Not the worst.
Prep Cook in Ottawa:
Pros: Having control over the organisation of my tasks, its close to home and the employers don't sexually harass anyone.
Cons: I work too hard, bend over backwards and don't get compensated enough by far. Management is inexperienced and perhaps self serving.

I have been with Cracker Barrel for 5 years. Good environment. I am student tho so I’ll be leaving in 2 years but so far acceptable. You get to move different positions if you match them! You get good benefits at 4*
