Pros: My crew in my building are great including Therapy Program Manager
Cons: Anyone managing my dept above the Therapy Program Manager pretends to listen to complaints and ideas that could improve productivity but also reprimands and punishes our dept for not achieving expected productivity. I have not received a raise or bonus since the time I started with this company almost 4 years ago. I have gone above and beyond the call of duty for my building and my patients and continue to feel undervalued by my company

It’s been a great job. Fun environment, good PTA/PT relationship. Pay is decent for outpatient. Good benefits. Sometimes I feel like we’re pushed to see as many patients as possible, but it’s easy to ignore the corporate overlords and focus on the patients.
