Hospital Seems To Be The Lower Payer In Genesee County.
Physical Therapist Assistant:
Start at a clinic that has wide range of patients to get a good grasp on the field. It might be at the middle of the road pay, but request a review in 90 days to negotiate raise. A lot of the time the boss just needs to know you are a good fit for the clinic before they are willing to pay you what you are worth.

No Appreciation, Work Harder, More Productivity, Stress.
Physical Therapist Assistant:
Pros: The hours and not working the weekends.
Cons: If the company gave fair pay raises that they aren't embarrassed to give they would be proud to tell everyone what they were, ie: employees received pay increases of 1-1.3%. Instead they are hush, hush. "Don't talk about your salary, it's against company policy." Of course it is. You don't want us to know that the person sitting next to us doing the same work is getting more money.
