Satisfying, stimulating and gratifying.
Payroll Coordinator:
Pros: Payroll and HR is incredibly vast and being able to coach paymasters to see them evolve and exchange with a customer to find a soultion suitable for him is most gratifying.
Cons: Non flexible 35 hour week. I love my job and there is so much to do. I wish I could work 40 hours a week or at least 37.5 hours would be an inprovement.
