The job is pretty enjoyable. A lot of fun activities/office potlucks. Benefits are average, above average employer match. Compensation is on the low side for the industry. They seem to want entry level/low experience and then train and aid in knowledge/certification. No opportunity for advancement, this is a position for someone who wants to be comfortable. Department managers lack communication or agreement and this can cause tension during the course of your job. Overall, pretty decent place to work, especially if you are looking for experience.
