Payroll Administrator:
Pros: I love being close to home. I love that I can be flexible with my schedule, to a point. I love our company picnics.
Cons: The unfairness in pay between the men and women is uncalled for. The lack of care or intent from others in the company hinders me from completing tasks.

What I Know Now.
Payroll Administrator:
Never be afraid to ask questions, ask for help, or say you don't know but you'll find out. Honesty is respected far more than a long meaningless explanation. Set appropriate boundaries on conduct, requests, deadlines, and projects.

Pros: The work they do and the new learning.
Cons: The salary and the atmosphere is just not that lekker.

It Is Good Most Of The Time I'm Learning A Lot.
Payroll Administrator:
Pros: I am learning new things everyday and it is challenging looking at the fact that when the company took me in in February, I had no experience at all only the basics from school and it is much appreciated.
Cons: I would be lying if I say bad things happened.
