Pros: Office conditions, free beverages and flexible time.
Cons: No overtime pay. Poor bonus payout (based on the companys revenue per year in all European territories) Stress levels are very high among the services. People do not stay in the company very long. Higher management and leadership are poor and not motivating. Too many structure changes and poor training leads to an unorganized organization and workforce.
