Pros: Interaction with the staff ,students , and their families. The satisfaction of providing a quality education to students in an area of under performig school districts.
Cons: Lack of systems in place due to the new operations.

Pros: No micro management. High responsibility. Own space.
Cons: Lack of communication. Lost urgency.

Pros: What I like most about my job is the leadership and development training they offer, the continuity of teamwork, my co-workers, the positive culture, learning curves, work flexibility and opportunity for growth.
Cons: What I like least about my job is the politics that are greatly involved, the undesirable salary and unfair practices; such as, my word against yours, how important it is to have everything in writing to cover yourself.
