Fun in dysfunctional.
Office Manager:
Pros: It is never redundant. There is always something different that needs immediate attention.
Cons: Often situations dictate my schedule and I'm unable to focus on reports and projects.

Pros: I get to help clients on a daily basis. I make sure all tasks are completed on a timely basis. I aim to make them successful by making sure all aspects of the business is under control. I run the office, and run 3 businesses.
Cons: My paycheck.

Pros: Flexibility.
Cons: Constant frequent interruptions and changes.

Pros: Meeting new people, extra work...
Cons: Answering the switchboard, putting in clean water in a vase of flowers now and then, replenishing the toilets with toilet paper, hand soap and fresh towels. Wrapping gifts, printing and coping paperwork for other people.
