Pros: Most rewarding job I have ever held. Love working envirement & working with the public. I handle reservations, bookkeeping, filing, payroll, & billing. .
Cons: Can honestly say there is not a single thing I dislike about my job.

Pros: Flexibility of time, office condition, casual office culture, holidays are given due respect, people are easy to deal with.
Cons: Stress levels, no overtime pay, high pressure to succeed or put something to the plate at low compensation, no medical benefits, no bonuses.

Pros: Getting to know that are different types of people who wants to be treated equally despite their positions.It has taught me patience, humility and lastly to compromise.
Cons: Difficult clients and trying to please everyone, which is impossible.
