Always remember the reason that u became a therapist.... To foster a patient's independence in life skills - skills that help to provide a good quality of life!

No pay raise for any of the rehab team despite awesome above average production in last 2 yrs. Reliant assumed contract from another contract company 2 yrs ago and promised to equal wage of outgoing contract , however when given proof of wage management was unable to fulfill promise. Wage cut by $3/hr.
