Occupational Therapist (OT) in Akron:
Pros: The fairness, the compassion and desire to treat all of us as they would a family member, appreciation for their employees, genuine, constantly striving for excellence and progression in line with changes as they come. I cannot say enough good about Advantage.
Cons: Healthcare. Healthcare is not fun, it is no longer feeling skilled, it is so very stressful, we are under appreciated within the Healthcare arena, its just a very long, drawn out soap box I cannot type into a questionnaire but I’m so very burnt out because of all the regulation, and the constant changes, there needs to be progression in Healthcare, that people can afford, and established by professionals within that arena governed by their respective knowledge and not because of some regulation.
May 2022
Rewarding, high paced, underpaid.
Occupational Therapist (OT) in Aldie:
Pros: The various clients.
Cons: I wouldn't mind the stress, if I was paid according to my years of experience and value I add to the company.
