Pros: Quiet, safe, family community with little traffic and beautiful beaches(Lake Michigan) as well as parks for hiking and playing.
Cons: Little night life and most restaurants close early compared to city life.

Pros: Working in home care, my schedule looks different everyday. I make more than the average new grad. I enjoy community based OT. I work for a good director.
Cons: I have no paid holidays and to request to use personal time for a holiday or any other time off, requests must be submitted 4-6 months in advance. I spend all day in my car.
