I enjoy the work, love the mission, but the pay just isn't there.

Cons: The pay disparity is so vast. It is unfortunate that due to this, many employees cannot afford to stay when there are similar positions available making more than 10-20% more yearly.

Micromanagement of productivity, time consuming documentation system, understaffed. Staff work well together as a team. Very limited supplies available to assist patients with increasing independence. Nice benefits, no weekends.

Working for EnduraCare has been great so far as far as the benefits and the people I work alongside. I do wish employees received a better raise - more than just a 1% merit raise annually. This is the first company I have worked for so I don’t have much to compare them to.
