Cons: I don't really have complaints. I truly enjoy my work, my coworkers, my managers, the environment, everything! If I had to pick out something, maybe the internal opportunities to progress in your career seems like it will be slow moving. I don't know. With so many people wanting to move up the ladder, seniority has a say so. Some people have been there 30 years, so it makes it pretty difficult to see active opportunity for growth...

Amazing Company, but..

Pros: Great benefits to include paid parental leave for 2 weeks. Supportive of change and lifestyle differences. Holistic approach to care with a variety of provider specialties in house.
Cons: Poor communication and poor pay for most non-provider workers.
