Pros: The opportunity to improve my skills
Cons: The disregard for the commute from Detroit to Birmingham by bus

It's ok I just wish I haf more pay or even all of the stagf because we work so hard and are always short handed.

Pros: I love meeting the students and talkong with them everyday getting to know them, and learn what their hobbies are or sports they play.
Cons: We're always short staffed. And are forced to over work ourselves to maintain our kitchen to make sure we have everything cooked on time and put out on the line in time.
