Pros: Caring for patients at home.
Cons: The benefits are not good enough. After 10 years I expect to get at the minimum 2 weeks vacation a year and 2 weeks of sick pay. Not choose between vacation or taking time off so to illnesses. They combine your time off,you get about an hour a week if you work 40 hours. But it doesn't matter if your sick or taking a vacation or out for covid you only have those 40 hours you spent all year earning.

Work Hard and Get Taken Advatage of In Every Way.

Pros: The patients are nice and my immediate coworkers are good hard working people like myself.
Cons: There is no employee had books to read, which is constantly being referred to. The unfare salary scale and no seniority recognition.
