Pros: Caring for patients at home.
Cons: The benefits are not good enough. After 10 years I expect to get at the minimum 2 weeks vacation a year and 2 weeks of sick pay. Not choose between vacation or taking time off so to illnesses. They combine your time off,you get about an hour a week if you work 40 hours. But it doesn't matter if your sick or taking a vacation or out for covid you only have those 40 hours you spent all year earning.

There is no employee had books to read, which is constantly being referred to. The unfare salary scale and no seniority recognition.
