Pros: I was originally hired at Group Health when I was 17 years old, so I don't have any experience working outside this system. Their is a lot to be said about being confident and comfortable in a position. I like the stability of knowing what's expected and knot he system I work in very good.
Cons: The pay is below standards in the area. A friend of mine worked for the State of WA and retired making $15 more than I do, with less then 15 years work there. Mom
