I think because of the pandemic and the inflation I don't believe that my current pay is what it should be for my position which is why I'm looking into this.

Overwork, Underpaid, Under trained.

Pros: 12 shifts, my schedule
Cons: Continually getting other people's work thrown in your lap cause the other people are out smoking or goofing off or just slacking off. Having them expect- the worker bees to do all the work and the other workers slacking and getting paid to do so.

Lack of communication and job opportunities.

Cons: Had I not been so persistent in contacting them, I never would have been employed with them at all. Very poor communication and outreach. Lack of consistency. Supervisors are rarely ever available. Per diem potion of company does not have any positions in my area, although, they consistently post on Indeed that they do. When they send out texts for available shifts, they do not post what town they are in.
