Instructional Designer Reviews
What is it like working as an Instructional Designer?
August 2019
Flexible work hours, positive environment.
Instructional Designer in Ithaca:
Pros: The people you work with are all amazing at what they do. The flexibility to work either from home or the office is amazing.
Cons: Since it is a growing company, there are times when things aren't ironed out before they are rolled out (Process changes, general communications, etc.). This causes some bottlenecks in our design process but management has been open and receptive to requests for changes.
