Ask More Questions.
Human Resources Advisor:
Ask about the business structure. Ask what the expectations are as well as what the compensation will be. Have a clear understanding of the culture and if the environment will enhance, deter or counterbalance the compensation offered. Be sure to be well aware of the work hours expectation and if there is any flexibility. Don't be afraid to ask for what you want. If the employer wants you, they will be willing to adjust their offer. To excel, one needs to be flexible to the various people on site. As well, extreme organizational skills in tracking and follow up are extremely important. Keep copies of everything.
