HR Advisor - Campus Relations.
Human Resources Advisor in Lima:
Pros: The campus relations recruiting process. Attending career fairs, interviewing potential co-op's, and onboarding.
Cons: Not feeling as a team. The department has a few females who do not get along and there is constant backstabbing and closed doors conversations about others. I spend too much time at work AND at home, listening to complaints about the others. It is tiresome, stressful and very anti-productive.
